Ingredients
- 5/6 puris
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped potato
- 1 chopped tomato
- sweet tamarind chutney
- coriander for garnish

Method- Arrange all the puris in a plate.
- Put the chopped potato,tomato and onion on it.
- Then add the sweet tamarind chutney on it.
- Then put little lemon juice and chat masala.
- At last garnish it with coriander and sev and serve.
Ingredients(For the base)- 2 cup maida
- 1 cup sugar
- 100 gm(gram) mava
- 2tsp(tea spoon)cocoa powder
- 1tsp custard powder
- vanilla essence
- 1 cup cream (Malai)
- 1 cup milk
- 1tbs(table spoon) ghee
- 1tsp(tea spoon) baking powder
- 1/2 tsp soda

Method
- To make the base mix all the above( base) ingredients.
- Put the ingredients in a shaped container (eg heart).
- Then put the container in the microwave for approx 9 to 10 minutes.
- Keep this in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
- Your base of the cake is ready.
- For the icing mix all the above "icing" ingredients.
- Then apply the icing on the whole base.
- Decorate it with tooty fruity,gems etc.
- Your cake is ready.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut (dry coconut powder)
- 1/2 cup icing sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1/4 cup khoya or 2 pedhas
- 1/4 tsp cardamon powder

- Mix cardamon powder, khoya or pedhas, icing sugar and coconut powder.
- Mix until all the ingredients gets stick to each other.
- Now make laddus out of it.
- Put them in the refrigerator for 5 minutes and serve.

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp(tea spoon)black pepper
- salt to taste

- Wash the falsa.
- Mix the falsa and water in a mixer
- Then stain the pulp.
- Add sugar, black pepper,salt and black salt into it.
- Add the crushed ice and serve.(Drink it chilled)

- Then put this stand in the freezer and let it freeze till 2 to 3 hours.
Ingredients
- 2 cup mamra
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped boiled potato
- 1 green chilly chopped
- 1 tsp(tea spoon) edible oil
- red chilly powder
- salt to taste
- 1 cup namken
- coriander for garnish
Method
- Put the mamra in a bowl.
- Add the chopped potato, onion and green chilly into the bowl.
- Then add the namken into it.
- Add the edible oil.
- Put the red chilly powder and salt to it.
- And last garnish it with coriander and serve.
Ingredients- 2 raw mangoes
- 3/4 cup sugar
- salt to taste
- cardamon powder
- black pepper
- black salt(Kala namak)
Method
- Wash and peel the mangoes.
- Cut them into half.
- Pressure cook to boil them gently.
- Mash the boiled mangoes to make fine pulp.
- Add salt, sugar, cardamon, black pepper and black salt to the pulp till the sugar dissolves.
- Add chilled water and serve.
Ingredients- 6 to 7 pieces of chat basket
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped capsicum

Method
- Arrange the chat baskets in a plate.
- Put the chopped tomato, onion and capsicum in the chat baskets.
- Add salt and black pepper to it.
- Garnish it with lots of cheese.
- At last put little ketchup on it and serve.
