Basket Chat


Ingredients
  • Chat basket
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Potato
  • Green chutney ( coriander)
  • Sweet chutney ( tamarind)
  • Curd

For garnish

  • Nylon sev
  • Coriander
  • Pomegranate
  • Salt to taste
  • Chat masala

Method

  1. Arrange the baskets
  2. Put onion , tomato and potato in it
  3. Add curd to it
  4. Then add little sweet and green chutney
  5. Garnish it with nylon sev , coriander and pomegranate
  6. And at last put some salt and chat masala and serve

Coffee With Ice cream


Ingredients
  • Milk
  • Coffee
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla ice cream

Method

  1. Take a container
  2. Put milk , coffee and sugar in it
  3. Blend it with a blender
  4. Put the coffee in a glass
  5. Add a scope of vanilla and put some coffee and serve chilled

Hot French Fries


Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Chat masala
  • Tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Take the potatoes and peel them
  2. Cut them into the shape of fries ( fingers)
  3. Dip fry the fries
  4. Take the fries out in a paper ( to absorb the extra oil )
  5. Put salt , chat masala and black pepper into it
  6. And serve it with the tomato ketchup

SEV PURI


Ingredients
  • 5/6 puris
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped potato
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • sweet tamarind chutney
  • coriander for garnish
  • sev
  • chat masala
  • lemon juice (little)
Method
  1. Arrange all the puris in a plate.
  2. Put the chopped potato,tomato and onion on it.
  3. Then add the sweet tamarind chutney on it.
  4. Then put little lemon juice and chat masala.
  5. At last garnish it with coriander and sev and serve.

Tooty fruity cake


Ingredients
(For the base)
  • 2 cup maida
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 100 gm(gram) mava
  • 2tsp(tea spoon)cocoa powder
  • 1tsp custard powder
  • vanilla essence
  • 1 cup cream (Malai)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1tbs(table spoon) ghee
  • 1tsp(tea spoon) baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp soda

(For the icing)

  • butter
  • icing sugar

(For the decoration)

  • tooty frooty
  • gems
  • cardbuary

Method

  1. To make the base mix all the above( base) ingredients.
  2. Put the ingredients in a shaped container (eg heart).
  3. Then put the container in the microwave for approx 9 to 10 minutes.
  4. Keep this in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  5. Your base of the cake is ready.
  6. For the icing mix all the above "icing" ingredients.
  7. Then apply the icing on the whole base.
  8. Decorate it with tooty fruity,gems etc.
  9. Your cake is ready.

COCONUT LADDUS


Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut (dry coconut powder)
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar (powdered sugar)
  • 1/4 cup khoya or 2 pedhas
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon powder

Method

  1. Mix cardamon powder, khoya or pedhas, icing sugar and coconut powder.
  2. Mix until all the ingredients gets stick to each other.
  3. Now make laddus out of it.
  4. Put them in the refrigerator for 5 minutes and serve.




FALSA CHILL



Ingredients

  • 1 cup falsa
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp(tea spoon)black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp(tea spoon)black salt
  • water
  • crushed ice

Method

  1. Wash the falsa.
  2. Mix the falsa and water in a mixer
  3. Then stain the pulp.
  4. Add sugar, black pepper,salt and black salt into it.
  5. Add the crushed ice and serve.(Drink it chilled)
