SEV PURI


Ingredients
  • 5/6 puris
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped potato
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • sweet tamarind chutney
  • coriander for garnish
  • sev
  • chat masala
  • lemon juice (little)
Method
  1. Arrange all the puris in a plate.
  2. Put the chopped potato,tomato and onion on it.
  3. Then add the sweet tamarind chutney on it.
  4. Then put little lemon juice and chat masala.
  5. At last garnish it with coriander and sev and serve.

Tooty fruity cake


Ingredients
(For the base)
  • 2 cup maida
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 100 gm(gram) mava
  • 2tsp(tea spoon)cocoa powder
  • 1tsp custard powder
  • vanilla essence
  • 1 cup cream (Malai)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1tbs(table spoon) ghee
  • 1tsp(tea spoon) baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp soda

(For the icing)

  • butter
  • icing sugar

(For the decoration)

  • tooty frooty
  • gems
  • cardbuary

Method

  1. To make the base mix all the above( base) ingredients.
  2. Put the ingredients in a shaped container (eg heart).
  3. Then put the container in the microwave for approx 9 to 10 minutes.
  4. Keep this in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  5. Your base of the cake is ready.
  6. For the icing mix all the above "icing" ingredients.
  7. Then apply the icing on the whole base.
  8. Decorate it with tooty fruity,gems etc.
  9. Your cake is ready.

COCONUT LADDUS


Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut (dry coconut powder)
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar (powdered sugar)
  • 1/4 cup khoya or 2 pedhas
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon powder

Method

  1. Mix cardamon powder, khoya or pedhas, icing sugar and coconut powder.
  2. Mix until all the ingredients gets stick to each other.
  3. Now make laddus out of it.
  4. Put them in the refrigerator for 5 minutes and serve.




FALSA CHILL



Ingredients

  • 1 cup falsa
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp(tea spoon)black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp(tea spoon)black salt
  • water
  • crushed ice

Method

  1. Wash the falsa.
  2. Mix the falsa and water in a mixer
  3. Then stain the pulp.
  4. Add sugar, black pepper,salt and black salt into it.
  5. Add the crushed ice and serve.(Drink it chilled)

ICE CANDY



Ingredients

  • ice candy stand
  • fruit juice(any colour)
  • water

Method

  1. Arrange the candy stand.
  2. Mix the fruit juice and water.
  3. Put this in the candy stand.
  4. Then put this stand in the freezer and let it freeze till 2 to 3 hours.

SPICY MAMRA




Ingredients

  • 2 cup mamra
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped boiled potato
  • 1 green chilly chopped
  • 1 tsp(tea spoon) edible oil
  • red chilly powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup namken
  • coriander for garnish

Method

  1. Put the mamra in a bowl.
  2. Add the chopped potato, onion and green chilly into the bowl.
  3. Then add the namken into it.
  4. Add the edible oil.
  5. Put the red chilly powder and salt to it.
  6. And last garnish it with coriander and serve.

Raw mango juice

Ingredients
  • 2 raw mangoes
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • salt to taste
  • cardamon powder
  • black pepper
  • black salt(Kala namak)

Method

  1. Wash and peel the mangoes.
  2. Cut them into half.
  3. Pressure cook to boil them gently.
  4. Mash the boiled mangoes to make fine pulp.
  5. Add salt, sugar, cardamon, black pepper and black salt to the pulp till the sugar dissolves.
  6. Add chilled water and serve.

BASKET PIZZA

Ingredients
  • 6 to 7 pieces of chat basket
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped capsicum
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper
  • ketchup
  • grated cheese

Method

  1. Arrange the chat baskets in a plate.
  2. Put the chopped tomato, onion and capsicum in the chat baskets.
  3. Add salt and black pepper to it.
  4. Garnish it with lots of cheese.
  5. At last put little ketchup on it and serve.
